Since this was my first property sale, I appreciated that John recommended what was most important to spruce up, before listing for sale. He had knowledge about unnecessary improvements, that would not render any return on investment and a was correct about the asking price. John also provided a referral for attentive, economical contractors to manage improvements/tasks. Debbie gave advice for staging my home with existing furniture. All combined, this saved me a lot of money. John remained professional when there were unforeseen delays.
