From the start, after hearing what my wishes were for the property, and the sale process, Terje set clear goals for the end result. She kept in mind, during the entire process, what my wishes were for the sale of my sister's property. Since I live an hour from the property, she stepped up with needed vendor references, as well as meeting with said vendors at the property (chimney sweep, HVAC inspector, to name a few). She was very good communicating what was going on every step of the way, including advising me on the original sale price and the needed subsequent adjustment to the price. She was key in advising me, and negotiating closing credits with the buyer, to my satisfaction. I would be happy to refer Terje to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell a property. What I found amazing was that the amount of money she said I'd get out of the property, at our first meeting, was spot on, three months later, adjusting for the needed lowering of the purchase price due to market competition.
